Memorial Football Match to take place for the Harby Foundation

Following the sudden death of Jordan Harbottle in 2020, the Harby Foundation was created in his memory.

The Harby Foundation was formed to raise money to support less fortunate children gain
access to sport, as Jordan himself was an avid cricketer and sports fan.

Since the formation of the charity, his family and friends have worked tirelessly to raise funds, holding various events including a successful cricket match at Thrumpton CC in 2021 which raised over £2,500.

On Saturday 7th May 2022, the foundation are holding a football match at Dunkirk F.C on Lenton Lane. Gates will open at 2pm, with the kick off being at 3pm.

The family fun day will have events and games for all ages to participate in. There will also be a bar, bbq and auction.

A signed Liverpool FC shirt and a signed Nottingham Forest FC shirt will be available for you to win in the auction, as well as some other amazing lots.

Local businesses have donated some amazing prizes to the raffle. The prizes include £300, which has been donated by Empire Scaffolding (GB) Ltd, £300 donated by Hilton Bodill, £200 donated by L W Liftings Ltd and £100 donated by Ultra Print.
