ATM stolen from Nottinghamshire supermarket in raid

16/09/2019 by Digital Media

A cash machine has been stolen from a supermarket in Nottinghamshire after a vehicle was used to smash through a wall.

The Co-op branch on Main Street in Lowdham suffered significant damage in the raid, with bricks strewn across the pavement and the main window broken. Residents reported hearing alarms at about 04:00 BST on Monday, and police have cordoned off the shop.

A black van and a white car were seen leaving the scene. Officers would particularly like to hear from anyone who lives on Epperstone Road who may have CCTV which could help the investigation.

If you have any CCTV, dashcam footage or information which could help, please call 101 quoting incident 47 of 16 September 2019.
