Speculative office development making swift progress

16/09/2019 by Digital Media

Work is well underway on a new 7,200 sq ft office development at Edwalton near West Bridgford, Nottingham.
FHP has been instructed to market the development named Toll Bar House, at the intersection of the A52 Nottingham Ring Road and the A606 Melton Road, with Pure Construction expected to complete building work on the site in February 2020.

The building, which will include 31 parking spaces, is situated adjacent to the site of a proposed new Aldi store. One of its three floors has already been let to a local firm.
