Nottingham’s Splendour Festival expands to a full weekend event!

23/02/2022 by Digital Media

Splendour Festival is Nottinghamshire’s biggest festival. And this year they’re going bigger and better than ever before with the news that Splendour will expand to the whole weekend!

Set in the beautiful surroundings of Wollaton Hall & Deer Park, attendees can enjoy 5 stages of music that spans all genres; from fast-rising stars to world-class performers, and musical icons, Splendour line-ups are always a wonderful mix of acts that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Alongside the music, you can expect comedy, a funfair, a silent disco, independent market stalls, an array of gourmet food and drink, a dedicated kids’ area, and fringe activities. Mark it in your diaries, Splendour will be your favourite day of the summer.

With double the stage time, the line-up for Nottinghamshire’s biggest music festival is stacked out with headliners serving up contemporary and classic hits galore including Richard Ashcroft, Anne-Marie, Supergrass, Craig David presents TS5, The Human League, Razorlight, The Vamps, Ocean Colour Scene, Happy Mondays, Belinda Carlisle, and many many more. Staying true to the recipe that makes Splendour a hit with thousands of revellers, the line-up skillfully blends an eclectic mix of newer acts, Splendour debutantes and established heavy hitters across both days.

DHP Family MD, George Akins said: “We’ve really missed Splendour Festival for the last two years, so the anticipation to get back out to Wollaton Park is massive. Our whole team is incredibly excited about the line-up but more than anything, we’re all excited about being back at festivals, delivering a fantastic event for the people of Nottingham and making sure everyone there has a great time.”

Weekend tickets are £85 for adults, with day tickets priced at £56. Accompanied children aged 10 and under go free, and Nottingham City residents are eligible for a discount. VIP options are also available across all ticket types. Tickets can be purchased from splendourfestival.com

Existing ticket holders who rolled over are being given the opportunity to upgrade their day ticket to the full weekend for an additional £25.
