Following the difficult times in the last 2 years we were delighted to successfully stage Jack and the Beanstalk at The Grange Hall in Radcliffe on Trent.
It was truly fantastic to get out the heels (and that’s just the men) don the costumes, write the corny jokes and paint the scenery. It seemed so long since Aladdin 2019.
Radpanto were able to have 5 performances of the pantomime Jack and the Beanstalk from December 9th -12th.
We felt very privileged to be able to continue when so much of theatre land were struggling, this was made possible with the cooperation of the cast, crew and our audience adhering to precautions that were put in place due to you know what!
It was great to see children enjoying their first taste of live theatre, loving being encouraged to shout and boo. Thank you to all involved: The actors, crew, and front of house it was all worth it, a great start to the Christmas season.
