St Giles’ Church will sparkle this festive season with a community Christmas Tree Festival.
In the run-up to Christmas, St Giles’ Church is hosting a community Christmas Tree Festival. As part of West Bridgford’s celebration of Christmas, the church will be filled with decorated, lit trees to create an amazing spectacle and there will be live music throughout the festival featuring local choirs and musicians.
Local organisations and businesses are creating beautiful Christmas trees which will be on display on Friday 6th December to Saturday 7th December from 10am to 5pm, and on Sunday 8th December from 1pm to 4pm.
It will be a great opportunity to go along with friends and family and enjoy the stunning display and live music. Teas, coffees and mince pies will be served throughout the festival.
There is no entrance fee but there will be the opportunity to donate to the church’s chosen West Bridgford based charity The Friary (www.the-friary.org.uk) whose mission is to empower homeless and vulnerable adults to rebuild their lives by offering practical services, advice and emotional support.
St Giles’ Church looks forward to welcoming you!
