Chip Time Running Club was founded by Terry Thornhill and a few Lady Bay Dad’s back in March 2023.
It was just a handful of Dad’s striving towards keeping fit by going on a run once a week which soon developed into a dynamic running club with other 30+ runners.
The club head out twice a week. Wednesday night (5 miles) at 6:15pm and Sunday morning (10 miles) at 07:00am.
They meet at the bench outside 3 Oakfields Road, Lady Bay.
The routes are not predetermined and there’s no subscription fees.
The club welcome all running abilities and have a strict stance on not leaving any runners behind.
There’s a great spirit within the club in supporting each other to achieve and develop as a runner but also as a friendship group away from running.
