Bingham snack shop cooks up breakfast feast for teachers

04/03/2021 by Digital Media

Molly’s Snackshop in Bingham gets a special large breakfast order from an anonymous local as a surprise treat for teachers at Robert Miles Junior School.

Astra, who owns Molly’s Snackshop and named it after her 13-year-old daughter, said “I was approached by a lovely lady who wanted to surprise the teachers of Robert Miles junior school, to say Thank You to all the teachers for all that they are doing!

“She placed an order for all of the staff to have breakfast last Friday morning.

“The teachers were so surprised and couldn’t believe it, they felt truly spoilt and appreciated. It was really lovely to see the look of excitement on their faces!

“We feel proud to be living and working amongst such wonderful, thoughtful people!”

Thank you to the anonymous breakfast orderer for such a kind gesture during such a challenging time. Small acts of kindness are extremely huge for those who need and deserve it.

Astra purchased her Snackshop at 35 Long Acre in Bingham last year after being made redundant whilst on her maternity leave. She made the impressive decision to start up her business with a 12-week-old baby at home.

Molly’s Snackshop offers cobs, jacket potatoes, paninis, toasties and desserts. Follow her on Facebook for updates and news.
