Enjoy food and music this August at Eats and Beats outdoor event

11/08/2020 by Digital Media

The team behind a little hidden away gem called 400 Rabbits in Nottingham have teamed up with Sherwood Glade, a picturesque woodland venue, the amazing Acoustickle, local street food vendors and DJs to bring you ‘Eats and Beats’!

In light of the current climate the team were feeling restless and decided in a spur of the moment to put together an outdoor event through August.

2020 so far has been a reminder to everyone that we need to be grateful for what we have and to live and enjoy each day as it comes, whatever new obstacles and challenges it may bring. James and Jen believe that everyone needs the opportunity to escape to a safe and happy place and even more so in these challenging times.

Hospitality, events, and the entertainment sector have all been dramatically hit by this global event and so the team would like to offer their fellow Notts folk to attend ‘Eats and Beats’ in an effort to support those local independents and small businesses.

‘Eats and Beats’ is set up in the gorgeous woodland of Sherwood Glade, an events and wedding venue space just off Mansfield Road with Friday 7th August being the 1st of multiple dates anyone and everyone, adults, kids and dogs can attend.

Adhering to all government guidelines the team have put together a plan to protect all their guests and those working at the event.

Priced at only £5 per ticket (children under 12 y go free) it offers a wonderful space for everyone to enjoy. For those driving it is recommended to book well in advance as parking is limited.

Explore the woodland, enjoy the music, taste the food, slurp the cocktails, and have a wonderful day out!
