The much-anticipated Wollaton CC Beer Festival will take place over the late May Bank Holiday weekend, from Thursday 23rd to Sunday 26th May. Now in its 11th year, the festival, run in partnership with Nottingham Brewery, brings together real ale and quality cricket at one of the most iconic and picturesque grounds in Nottingham.
As well as showcasing quality cricket through a range of fixtures for all ages and abilities, the family-friendly weekend will offer nightly BBQs and a live music event. And, of course, there’s the chance to sample a great selection of real ales, ciders, perries and gins from independent producers. Everyone is welcome, so save the date!
Event highlights:
BBQ and beer – every night of the festival, 23rd – 26th May, with more drinks and snacks available from the club bar.
Friday 24th – Our ever-popular junior cricket evening – catch the next generation of cricketing superstars while sampling the great beverages on offer.
Saturday 25th – Wollaton First XI take on local rivals Radcliffe-on-Trent in the ECB Nottinghamshire Premier League followed by live music, BBQ and beer.
Sunday 26th – Wollaton Sunday First XI face Bingham CC.

Wollaton Cricket Club is close to the famous Wollaton Hall and Deer Park. They pride themselves on a family friendly culture – with senior league teams, over 200 junior players and a women’s section. Nottingham Brewery has been brewing beers to be proud of since 1847 and are passionate about sharing their range of traditional real ales.
