The RNLI’s West Bridgford Branch fairs are Back!

02/03/2022 by Digital Media

For two decades the RNLI’s West Bridgford Branch has held fund raising Spring & Autumn fairs in the Lutterell Hall on Church drive West Bridgford, all that came to a sudden halt two years ago with the outbreak of the Covid pandemic and the prohibition of public gatherings.

These restrictions have now been removed and the branch is coming out of Covid hibernation, but things have now changed. Rushcliffe Borough Council still own the grade 2 listed hall, but have handed the day to day management of the hall over to an outside source resulting in slight changes to the hiring terms and conditions.

However, we are pleased to report that the RNLI’s West Bridgford Branch will reinstate their fund raising fairs with a Spring Fair in the hall on Saturday 14th May between 10am & 12noon with all the old favourite stalls.

Due to changes with the we have had to hire the hall, we would appreciate a voluntary donation on entry of £1.

However, this will not include refreshments as in the past, as the new managers have sole responsibility for onsite catering but referments may be purchased from the newly refurbished cafe within the hall. We look forward to seeing you there.
