The candy man can

06/04/2020 by Digital Media

A West Bridgford entrepreneur is set to open his second Captain Flavours sweet shop specialising in candy, chocolate, snacks, cereals and drinks from the United States.

Dan Khalifa began selling sweets from his bedroom in West Bridgford, he later opened his first shop in Alvaston, Derbyshire last year and the second one will be in Long Eaton.

Dan, 24, of West Bridgford, said: “We are going to start work on it next week and hope to be up and running next month. It’s going to be quite cool and fun. A lot of my customers are families and kids.”

Captain Flavours will be moving into an empty property on Main Street in Long Eaton.
