Bingham artist Tim O’Brien will be displaying six paintings in The Artist Collection exhibition which features works from the eleven winners of The Artist Exhibition Awards 2023.

Three of Tim’s paintings feature Nottinghamshire landscapes. The topics are Nottingham Castle gatehouse which Tim painted en-plein-air from a viewpoint on Friar Lane, along with another painting created outdoors of a scene looking across the River Trent from the Cliff Walk in Radcliffe. Tim’s third landscape features rowers near Trent Bridge. The other three paintings from Tim’s six entries feature marine topics.

Tim will be displaying his work alongside fellow artists: Helen Martell, Kelvin Holtom, Greta Vilidaite, Neil Rogers, David Thomas, Alice Hole, Matthew Eastmond, Janet Elizabeth Mayled, Sue Williams and Stephen Hawkins.

This very popular exhibition, now in its tenth year, is the result of a successful partnership and collaboration between The Artist magazine and Patchings Art Centre.
