After the incredible success of last year’s event, St Giles’ Church in West Bridgford is excited to invite everyone to the church again this year for the second Community Christmas Tree Festival. As part of West Bridgford’s celebration of Christmas, the church will be filled with decorated trees to create an amazing spectacle.
Local organisations and businesses are creating beautiful Christmas trees which will be on display from Friday 8th December to Saturday 9th December from 10am to 5pm on both days. It will be a great opportunity to come along with friends and family, enjoy looking around the stunning displays as we build up to Christmas. Teas, coffees and of course mince pies will be served throughout the festival.
There will be some amazing performers including choirs and music groups with several local folk musicians and ensembles to fill the church with wonderful festive music!
There is no entrance fee, and tickets are not required. All contributions are voluntary and will be given to St Giles’ Church chosen West Bridgford-based charity The Friarywww.the-friary.org.uk The Friary’s mission is to empower homeless and vulnerable adults to rebuild their lives by offering practical services, advice and emotional support.
St Giles’ Church looks forward to welcoming you!
