Buttercross Pre-School in Bingham were delighted to receive a fantastic contribution from local removal firm Vale Clearances.
As a not-for-profit charity, the Pre-School are always looking at new ways to raise money in order to enhance their provision and ensure its longevity. This Easter they ran a raffle and sent out a request for donations of Easter eggs. Chris Spibey and his team at Vale Clearances, who have been generous supporters of the Pre-School for a number of years, responded and arrived laden with a huge amount of chocolate eggs to ensure the raffle was a massive success. In addition, they also provided a large supply of stationery for the children to use.
Tracey Marrs, the Pre-School Manager, said: “The children, who range from the age of 2 to 5, were so excited when Chris, Lisa, and Lorna made their delivery.
“We cannot thank Vale Clearances enough for stepping up and answering our appeal. The funds that we raise will all go towards providing a great experience for the children that attend our setting.”
Vale Clearances’ ethos has always been about supporting local families and charities by reusing, recycling, and repurposing, and Buttercross Pre-School are extremely grateful to be the recipients of their generosity on this occasion.
