Spark Sensory, run by local business woman Helen Fores, is launching a new pregnancy Pilates class ‘Mama Sparks’ starting this January.
Classes start on 14th January at the Blossom Tree Cafe in Keyworth, between 6-7pm every Tuesday, with a special introductory offer of £50 for a 6 week block booking.
The classes will be run by Sarah Perkins, a fitness industry expert with over 12 years’ experience. A mum of two, Sarah teaches Pilates as well as Barre and Zumba, and is excited to launch her new pregnancy Pilates class.
Sarah states that ‘Pilates helps women stay strong and healthy throughout their pregnancy. Pregnant ladies are told what not to do in pregnancy but there is very little advice out there on what to do. Our prenatal classes help to keep the correct muscles strong and mobile with the growing weight of the baby and posture changes throughout pregnancy.
