Lowdham village has developed a new venue which will provide a further office environment that can be hired for meetings.
It will also extend the services provided by the Parish Council with the Clerk attending the office on a regular basis from September 2024, initially for an hour or so on the mornings of Tuesday and Thursday each week for villagers to raise matters with the Parish Council.
The official opening on Thursday 8th August was attended by Councillors, staff and public with Chairman Paul Harrison thanking all those who have been involved in designing, building and managing the development – with special thanks to Jon Banner, Rob Spencer, Bill Banner and Martin Holford.
The facility provides a meeting or working area for up to 10 people, with wi-fi, print facilities, presentation technology and access to a kitchen.
Parking is available adjacent to the office.
Watch out for further information on the facility and the extra Parish Council services on the Lowdham Parish Council website (https://lowdham-pc.gov.uk) and the Facebook page.
