Are you a mum to be struggling to find ways to socialise with other expectant mothers?
Sabine Watson, who lives in Rushcliffe and is 5 months pregnant, is organising a special event so that expecting mothers can meet up, socialise, partake in prenatal yoga and have breakfast together.
The event will take place at The Cottage Hotel in Ruddington on May 23 from 9:30am – 11am. The entry is £15 and includes breakfast and a prenatal yoga session.
The event is open to mothers from any area and is not restricted to residents of Ruddington.
Sabine said, “I’m a (first time) mum to be and not only do I have no clue what I’m doing but I also find it hard to meet other women on the same journey (especially during covid!).
“So, if like me, you want to meet other mums to be in a friendly relaxing environment, then join me for the first Mums to be event happening on May 23rd.
“We’ll start off with a one-hour prenatal yoga session with qualified pregnancy yoga instructor Emily Pottage (Instagram:@dancingyogi.em) where she’ll help us focus on our breathing, stretch and connect with bump!
“The lovely team from Mortons Cafe & Deli will then bring us a lovely drink and breakfast cob so we can unwind and all get to know each other better!
