Maggie’s Nottingham is excited to announce the return of their annual Firewalk taking place at the Ramsdale Park Golf Centre on Sunday 27 October at 5pm. This exhilarating fundraiser invites participants to face their fears, walk across a bed of glowing embers, and raise funds for people living with cancer.
The Firewalk begins at 5pm, starting with a motivational session to prepare participants mentally and physically for the challenge. The experienced Firewalk instructor will guide participants through the psychology of firewalking, empowering them to believe they can overcome the seemingly impossible. By 6pm participants will be ready to step barefoot across the hot coals, an awe-inspiring experience they will never forget.
Participants can register as individuals or in teams, with a minimum fundraising target of £100 per person. All funds raised will go to supporting Maggie’s Nottingham which provides free practical, emotional and social support to people with cancer and their families and their friends.
Spectators are welcome to attend and cheer on the brave firewalkers.
