Local school has visit from ‘Jump Start Jonny’

13/07/2024 by Digital Media

Radcliffe on Trent Junior school was filled with shouts of ‘Whoopa’ recently when they were lucky enough to have a visit from the one and only ‘Jump Start Jonny’.

Jonny creates fun workouts and chill out online videos which are used in the Junior School throughout the day to help keep children active and focussed on their learning.

All the children were invited to take part in fun fitness sessions with Jonny, jumping, dancing and joining in with his mini movement workouts to music. He then did a ‘classroom crash’ where there was much excitement about getting a high five or autograph!

Mr Burdes, the school’s P.E. leader said: “We are always looking for different fun ways to keep our children healthy and Jump Start Jonny definitely does this.”

Radcliffe on Trent Juniors currently have spaces in Year 3 and Year 4. Please get in contact with the school office [email protected]
