Libraries across the County are being gifted complimentary copies of a collection of work by local writers to celebrate Nottingham’s UNESCO City of Literature 10th birthday.
Each of the 15 writers contributing to the book is giving copies of their publication to their local library in UNESCO City of Literature celebration.
The ‘Pen and Paper’ writing group members are drawn from across the County. They are based at the Grade 2 listed Bromley House Subscription library (established 1816) on Long Row, Nottingham.
The title of the collection, ‘Inspiralled’ is a play on words and features a cover photograph of the spiral staircase at Bromley House, one of its many unique architectural features.
The book is on sale at Five Leaves Bookshop in the city centre, at Bromley House Library and other outlets across the county.
