Come to the Lambley Village Show!

12/08/2021 by Digital Media

Taking place this September, the Lambley Village Show is set to be another successful fun-filled day for all the family!

The event will take place on 11th September with the main activities taking place from 12:30pm until 4:30.

There will be a whole host of activities for all ages, including a tug ‘o’ war on the field which is something everyone looks forward to each year!

There will also be a fun dog show in the arena, and various crafts and speciality stalls as well as entertainment for all the family.

Inside the village hall will be the traditional village show classes.  Entries can be placed either the night before or in the morning (9-11:15 am), prior to judging.

There is a class for everyone in the family to enter including crafts and making, flower arranging, baking, cookery and photography.

In the week running up to the show there will be a scarecrow competition throughout the village, with voting taking place at the show via photographs displayed in the village hall to select an overall winner, and a map of where to find the actual scarecrows around the village.

The fun-filled day will be rounded off by the drawing of the raffle prize winners and a charity auction.

All profits from the Lambley Village Show will be split equally and donated between the Reed Pond Nature Reserve fund, and Lambley Primary School.
