Holme Pit Pond needs your help

03/03/2024 by Digital Media

Following major damaged caused by Storm Henk at the start of January, the Holme Pit Action Group are calling for your help!

As you can see from the photographs here, the recent storms and flooding from the River Trent have caused devastation to Holme Pit Pond in Clifton Village.

The group need your support to help repair the damage and get it back to how it was before the flooding.

They have a number of dedicated volunteers ready to help, but they do not have the funds for materials or machine hire to make it happen.

A GoFundMe page has been set up at: https://gofund.me/2cffce7

Any help, however small would be gratefully received.
