Following the death about six months ago of Malcolm Hankin, the Calverton Folk Museum Keeper, the Preservation Society would like to thank all the members and volunteers, especially those who braved the winter cold, for their help in preparing for the recent open day at the end of April.
About 30 people, from about 10 years old to 80+, came to visit including someone from Oxford who made a special journey! There were also two people from Guyana, South America, who were visiting this area.
