It’s going to be a busy year for ELAPs – East Leake’s award-winning Drama Group.
Already in production are an Adult May Play; “Skeg & Chips” about a quarrelsome family taking a summer break in Nottingham’s favourite seaside resort. The Juniors’ Group is working on “Attack Of The Mega-Blast Destructoid Robot Thingy” – a play about superheroes attempting to save the world from a crazy giant robot. This will be performed at the NANDA Festival and, possibly, a performance at the Village Hall!
Plus this year’s Panto; “George And The Dragon” is being written as we speak – quite a year!
