Fraser Brown Solicitors has been working with Great Northern Group to secure the premises license and lease for the new Copper establishment in Nottinghamshire.
The classic British bistro chain, Copper, is now open at 18a Market Place in the centre of the market town of Bingham, Nottinghamshire, bringing 30 new jobs to the region and serving a vast menu of world-influenced dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
This is the fourth Copper venue to open in Nottinghamshire and a lot of work has been involved in transforming the premises from a vacant old office building, into the brand-new daytime café, which evolves into a comfortable evening bar.
The premises is a listed building, retaining many of the 19th century features and architecture, mixed with a stylish and relaxed interior distinctive to other Copper restaurants, with valued fit out works of approximately £500k.
The breakfast menu includes a full English breakfast and sourdough toast dishes, alongside a range of hot beverages and lunch options. The evening menu comprises a mix of classic world bistro dishes such as tapas, fish platters, and delicious vegan options. There is a wide selection of cocktails plus a well-stocked gin bar with a skilled bar team on hand to advise and create refreshing gin and mixer combinations.
Other Nottinghamshire locations for Copper include the city centre, Mapperley and West Bridgford. Copper, Bingham is open every day from 830am until 11:30pm, apart from Saturday when opening hours are 8:30am until 11pm.
