It’s a great opportunity to come along and get some Christmas shopping done, with lots of quality handmade items to look at, you’re sure to find special gifts for family and friends.
There’s always a lovely atmosphere in the hall during the day and it is always very well attended. It’s the perfect way to pass the day as you wait for Santa and the light switch on in the village.
With plenty to see and do for the whole family, there will be games including Tombola’s for adults and children, Spot the Elf, blind date with a book. The Village Hall Café will also be selling a selection of drinks and cakes.
The Christmas fair is run by a great team of volunteers and are always looking to add to their numbers for events run at the Hall. If you’ve ever thought about volunteering at the hall or would like further information please get in touch through our Facebook group.
All proceeds this year will go towards the repairs and enhancements of the Village Hall.
This year has been a particularly difficult one for the Hall with several costly repairs and now needing a new roof, the hall has set up a dedicated fund-raising page on gofund.me to help pay for the roof and we welcome any donations.
