On Saturday 5 October, Clifton parkrun celebrated parkrun’s 20th anniversary.
It was Clifton parkrun’s 229 event, with exactly 50 people completing the course.
Afterwards, their was a pop-up cafe and plenty of cake for everyone to enjoy.
Participants came dressed in bright colours, tutus and various different fancy dress outfits to mark the occasion in style.
If you’re interesting in getting started or you’re not aware of parkrun, the event takes place every Saturday morning at 9am on Clifton Playing Fields, Farnborough Road, Clifton, NG11 8JU.
It’s a free, weekly, timed 5k walk, jog or run and is open to all ages and abilities.
