Clifton Community Singers out and about during Easter

12/05/2024 by Digital Media

During the Easter festivities, the Clifton Community Singers were out in the local area singing at various locations across Clifton.

On 26th March, the group were welcomed by the Good Companions at Rivergreen Methodist Hub (photo bottom right).

On Saturday 30th March, they entertained shoppers by singing in the entrance to Morrisons (photo bottom left) and on Sunday 31st they sang at the Holy Trinity Church.

A fantastic time was had by everyone.

If you would like to join the singers, sessions are being held every Thursday evening between 5.30pm – 7.00pm at The Holy Trinity Church, Farnborough Road, Clifton, Nottingham. NG11 9DG.

The group is singing songs from a variety of different musical genres. No previous singing experience is required and you don’t need to be able to read music to join.

New members are always welcome.

Please message either Elaine on 07796 674511 or Mary on 07906 093910 for more information or visit the facebook page: www.facebook.com/groups/456471371350725
