Businessman offers to help organisations with free laptop repairs

26/01/2021 by Digital Media

Kevin Searcey who runs a computer business in Mapperley is looking to join forces with a charity or organisation that provides free laptops to children.

Kevin said, “We are looking to offer our services to a charity or organisation regarding the laptop for a child scheme.

“Whilst we cannot donate laptops, we can repair or install fresh operating systems on any donated laptops, free of charge, making sure all old data is safely removed and the laptop is fit-for-purpose.

“I previously did a volunteering role as a counsellor for a young people’s charity and, both as a business and individual, it is as very important to us to help in any way we can in these difficult times.

Kevin is the owner of Mapperley based Bettabytz Computers, specialising in computer and laptop repairs. The company has been established for over twenty years.

Kevin continued, “Here at Bettabytz we strive to give the best customer support and quality of work we can, so that our customers can feel safe in the knowledge that their computer/Laptop is in good hands.

“At Bettabytz we know that, for many people, a computer is essential and that’s why we provide the level of care we do. We also have available range of affordable refurbished Laptops, Desktops, and Towers that we ensure are up to date, and ready to use in everyday life.

If you are an organisation who wants to join with Kevin in helping to supply working computers and laptops for children or you need a laptop or computer repair, please contact him at: [email protected] or [email protected].
