A brand new Aldi store in Edwalton opened its doors to customers this morning at 8am.
Standing at 1,315 sqm of retail space, the Landmere Lane store is the first new Aldi to open in and around Edwalton. The new store will be run by Store Manager, Dan Brown, along with a team of 34 colleagues from the local community.
The new store will offer large chillers and freezers dedicated to fresh, British meat products, a ‘Food to Go’ section at the front of the store, a fixture along the back wall showcasing Aldi’s award-winning Beers, Wines and Spirits, and an exclusive section full of Health & Beauty products.
Customers visiting the store can take advantage of Aldi’s famous Specialbuys, which are available every Thursday and Sunday. During opening week, the store will be offering a wide range of pet goodies, including cosy pet blankets for £7.99, pet towels for £3.99 and a cordless pet grooming kit for £19.99.
Store Manager, Dan Brown, said: “It’s been a wonderful morning here at the opening of Aldi Edwalton. It was lovely to welcome our new customers into store and I look forward to meeting more of the community in the coming weeks.

The new store is located at Landmere Lane, Edwalton, Nottingham, NG12 4GF and will be open: Monday – Saturday: 8am – 10pm and Sunday: 10am – 4pm.
