Beeston residential scheme gets green light

24/10/2019 by Digital Media

Plans for 28 student flats in the Nottingham suburb of Beeston have been given the go-ahead
The scheme, which is made up of 10 student apartments and three 6-bedroom apartments, will be built on 1 Queens Road, near the main campus of the University of Nottingham.

Architect DL Design Studio says the development will free up “much-needed” family homes in area. Daniel Lacey, director at DL Design Studio said: “We are pleased to have received planning approval for this development. A lot of research, collaboration and design work went into the proposals and as a result we are keen to ensure the development is delivered to a high standard.”
