The YouNG Project is hiring! We are looking for one Rushcliffe School student starting year 10 in September to be our ambassador for their school!

The YouNG Ambassador role is a one year paid programme that gives you unique employability skills that will make you stand out in the future. During your role, you will be responsible for promoting the project’s work experience, YouNG market and other Trent Bridge Community Trust sessions and opportunities within your school and community. You will also be responsible for growing YouNG’s social media channels and will have access to these accounts, and will receive training on how to manage and use social media in a professional way. Over the course of the year, you will attend weekly 2 hour meetings where you will develop a variety of key employability skills such as communication, presentation, confidence, peer mentoring, first aid and more, through these training sessions, all led by the YouNG and Trent Bridge Community Trust team. Each ambassador will be responsible for growing the project’s awareness within their school with support from the careers lead in their school and YouNG staff and is likely to involve presentations and regular communication.
