Planning approved at Edwalton Park development

07/07/2020 by Digital Media

National housebuilder Bloor Homes has confirmed that its planning has been approved for a second phase at its Edwalton Park development.

Since its launch, the Nottingham development has proven to be extremely popular with buyers, with only one plot now remaining. The new phase of homes is set to be launched in September this year.

Michele Rose, Regional Sales Director at Bloor Homes Midlands said: “Our Edwalton Park development has been extremely popular with buyers since we launched in May 2018.

“As a result, we are expecting our second phase of homes to be just as appealing. Our homes are suitable for a wide range of buyers, including first-time buyers, and those looking to upsize. We are also delighted to announce that our new classics showhomes will also be opening at the end of the year too.”

The current phase has proven so popular with buyers that the last remaining plots at Edwalton Park have all been reserved.
