Tea Cosy celebrates its first birthday

16/05/2018 by Digital Media

Tea Cosy Café in Edwalton has recently celebrated its first birthday and there have been lots of developments since they first opened.

Their menu continues to offer a wide range of delicious homemade cakes, breakfasts and lunches to eat in or take away.

They have introduced a takeaway meal deal for lunch in a hurry and their most recent addition to the menu is delicious homemade soup. Look out for salad pots coming soon.

Their afternoon tea can be booked for just £8.95 per person and bring your own prosecco is now an option. Gift vouchers are available too.

The Tea Cosy team have also launched an outside catering menu – a freshly prepared business lunch delivered to your premises starts from just £5 a head.

A buffet for your special occasion can be tailored to your requirements with freshly made sandwiches, cakes, savouries and snacks beautifully displayed on vintage china – and they’ll even do the washing up.

Celebration cakes and cupcakes are now available to order. You may know one of the owners Jo as Baked West Bridgford and she will create virtually any kind of cake for your special occasion.

Tea Cosy is now open Monday to Wednesday from 9am until 1:30pm, Thursday and Friday from 9am until 5pm and on a Saturday from 9am until 1pm.

It is also available for private hire at certain times – perfect for a meeting, book group or celebration.

They are located at 38 Earlswood Drive, Edwalton, next to the Post Office. Call 07877 901466, like them on Facebook @teacosyedwaltonor visit the website www.teacosyedwalton.co.uk.
