Join Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust’s Skylarks Team for a fun, free festival on the 25th August, which is being supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund.
There will be lots of activities to take part in, including wild croquet, pond dipping and whistle making.
Have a go at turning wood on a pole lathe, see demonstrations including besom broom making and spinning, and find out more about the archaeology of the area.
Find them on Adbolton Lane, Holme Pierrepont – they’re just a bit further on from Holme Pierrepont Country Park.
The event runs from 2pm to 8pm, so why not bring a picnic with you?
