A team of four from Ellis-Fermor & Negus Solicitors helped raise awareness for autism by entering, for the first time, into the local Beeston AC Trent 5 Mile Race.
The race, spanning the Weirfields Recreational Ground in Beeston Rylands, is an annual gathering for recreational runners and those amongst athletic clubs.
Some of the less experienced runners of Ellis-Fermor & Negus were glad to take part in aid of its charity of the year, Autism East Midlands.
Autism East Midlands, started by a group of parents in 1968, exists to support individuals and families who live with autism.
Its services aim to support autistic people live with dignity, choice and independence.
The firm’s practice manager, Martin Jessop, said:“It’s great to be able to take part in local events like the Trent 5 Mile in support of the brilliant work that Autism East Midlands does for so many.
“It’s so important that the community are aware of the charity’s brilliant support services.”
Ellis-Fermor & Negus Solicitors has over 125 years’ experience in providing legal advice for a wide-range of matters.
The firm, with an office based locally in Beeston, has partnered this year with Autism East Midlands to help raise awareness for autism in the local community.
