Radcliffe Physiotherapists, Mike, Matt and Louise are getting ready to launch their Virtual triathlon event on 1st February to help raise money for the Nottingham based Cerebral Palsy Sports charity.
Carol Spencer, Manager of Radcliffe Physiotherapy said “ anyone can sign up for the event by pledging to complete one of three triathlon distances by swimming, cycling and running (or walking!) distances suitable for their age, fitness or ability, within the next 4 months.
We have short, middle and long distance options available to choose. You can even team up with friends, family or workmates to make it more fun.
We’d love to hear how you are rising to the challenge and want to hear your stories, see your amusing photos or video clips too! It’s only £5.00 per person to enter and all proceeds will go to Cerebral Palsy Sport, a fantastic charity that helps over 2500 children each year enjoy sport.
Every £5.00 raised will pay for one child to experience an adapted sports day for the first time! We are encouraging everyone, young or old, to get active to help these children and young people with cerebral palsy experience and enjoy sport. ”
