New recycling facility now available at Colliers Park in Cotgrave

23/08/2019 by Digital Media

A new recycling bring site is now available for residents local to Colliers Park in Cotgrave offering glass, tetra pak and clothes recycling. The facility on Fieldfare Road is a further location to recycle in the town and to assist residents in the hundreds of new homes in the adjacent Hollygate Park.

The new facilities are also an opportunity for residents in Cropwell Bishop, Cropwell Butler, Stragglethorpe and other local villages to deposit tetra pak cartons at the site.

Rushcliffe Borough Council’s Cabinet Portfolio Holder for Environment and Safety Cllr Rob Inglis said: “This new facility is already benefitting hundreds of residents in the local area, all of whom are playing their part in helping to 100% recycle these items by depositing them at this dedicated bring site.

“Remember to only place plastic bottles, cardboard, yoghurt pots, margarine tubs, paper and cans in the blue bin at home and bring the other items to these recycling sites across the Borough.”
