Two thirds of Britons regularly skip breakfast even though it is considered the most important meal of the day.
And more than half of new mothers admit they skip their morning meal, with 47% of parents saying they find breakfast the most stressful time of the day.
So, from Monday 23rd May, Alphabet House Day Nursery are offering all parents who drop off their children to nursery on Mondays, a free breakfast.
Croissants, fruit and tea or coffee will be available to take away with them as they started their busy day.
Jodi Hewitt, manager at the West Bridgford nursery said: “Each day, the nursery provides a hearty breakfast for the children but we know that sometimes the busy parents miss out.
“So, as a small token of our appreciation for their support of the nursery, we wanted to give the parents a little treat just for them.”
Free breakfasts will be on offer on Mondays, rotating between the four nurseries – starting with West Bridgford nursery on 23rd May, followed by the nurseries at Beeston, Lowdham and White Post nurseries.
