Award-winning Splendour Festival returns to Wollaton Park on Saturday 20th July, with excitement building and tickets selling faster than ever before for Nottingham’s biggest summer party.
Manic Street Preachers and The Specials are headlining the popular music festival, along with triple Brit award-winner Rag’n’Bone Man; one of the biggest UK girl bands All Saints; Northern Irish rock band ASH; Fine Young Cannibals’ singer Roland Gift; X Factor winner Louisa.
They will be joined by local rising star Rob Green, who will be fresh from his first Glastonbury set. Many more acts will also be joining the exciting line-up.
The opportunity to open Splendour will once again be made possible by the winner of Future Sound of Nottingham, organised by Nusic, and the county’s best up-and-coming musical talent will be showcased on the impressive Courtyard Stage.
Away from the music and across the park, visitors at Splendour can enjoy laugh out loud performances on the Comedy Stage, thrills of the fun fair, entertainment out and about in the crowd, as well as Gem’s Weekend Anthems silent disco.
For those looking to enjoy an extra special day out, sit back and relax in the VIP area. As well as access to the exclusive VIP garden with a big screen and private covered bar and seated area – complete with gourmet food and a quality choice of drinks – visitors also have free access to those all-important luxury toilet facilities.
Standard tickets are £56.65, or £45.65 with the discount for Nottingham City residents. Tickets for young people aged 11-17 with the discount are £22.
Children under 11 will once again be admitted free. VIP packages are also available.
Tickets can be purchased from splendourfestival.com or in person from the Nottingham Tourism Centre. To claim Nottingham City resident discount, a copy of your council tax bill is required.
