A registered manager at Ruddington Manor in Ruddington has been recognised as one of the industry’s Leaders of the Future by Care Home Professional, a magazine that provides market intelligence within the care sector.
Kader Daffe has worked in a number of roles throughout his career in both the public and private sector, from healthcare assistant and mental health nurse to deputy manager.
His vast experience and empathy, combined with his passion for providing the very best care possible and a desire to achieve excellence in all that he does, ensures that his reputation proceeds him.
Having joined New Care almost two years ago, starting off at The Grand in West Bridgford, Kad is very much part of the team and always forges good relationships with both residents and colleagues.
He delivers the highest quality, individualised care for each resident and having worked closely with people living with dementia, brain injuries and complex physical illnesses, he has an exceptional clinical background that has allowed him to carve out a bespoke area of specialism, clinical best practice and mental capacity.
With such an impressive background and with ambitious vision for the future, Kad fully deserves this prestigious recognition from his peers.
He said: “I am thrilled to have been recognised as one of just eight Leaders of the Future by Care Home Professional.
“I am committed to the delivery of exceptional care and am proud to be part of the New Care team who also share this vision.
“Whilst our residents receive the best person-centred care, I also want to deliver this care across the whole sector and am determined that, in time, access is available to all that need it.”
Cath Fairhurst, chief operating officer at New Care, said: “We are so proud of Kad and all of his achievements over the years.
“He continues to flourish in all that he does and as manager of our recently opened care home, Ruddington Manor, is highly respected by the team, the residents and their relatives.
“He is a driving force within the company and a real asset to New Care. Being recognised as a Leader of the Future is a superb accolade.”
