Ruddington-based MHR is to undergo a £10 million expansion project on the site of its existing Britannia House, based atRuddington Fields Business Park in Mere Way.
The specialist provider of HR and payroll software and outsourced services is set to create 300 jobs with its expansion.
Wellington House, which houses MHR’s software teams, opened in 2017, with two more offices set to be built in the next few years with the creation of another 300 jobs.
A £3million refurbishment of Britannia House was recently completed, providing a modern open-plan working environment for up to 350 employees.
To support the company’s expansion and future-proof the site for current and future employees, MHR has also received the go-ahead to build a new £4.5million four-storey car parkon the site of the existing ground-level car park at the business park.
The car parkwill have space for an additional 190 cars on the site and feature a solar panel roof which will power its internal lighting and a number of charging points for electric vehicles.
To retain the character of the wider business park, the car park will adopt the appearance of an office rather than a traditional multi-storey car park.
Ground works have already commenced on the car park which is due to be completed by Spring next year.
MHR chairman and founder,John Mills, said: “Despite expanding internationally in the past couple of years with new offices in Ireland, the US and Singapore, we’re extremely proud of our Nottinghamshire roots.
“Our plan to develop our headquarters in Ruddington with investment in new offices and a multi-storey car park underlines our commitment to create a truly great place to work for our employees as we drive forward with our continued growth at phenomenal pace.”
