Cloudfm, one of the UK’s fastest-growing facilities management companies, has opened a new 9,000 sq ft hub on Brunel Drive, Newark-on-Trent, as part of its strategy for growth and excellence.
The company provides building maintenance services for large multi-site organisations, operating contracts across the restaurant, retail, and education sectors, amongst others. Its clients include well-known brands such as Prezzo, Pizza Express, KFC, Karen Millen and Wolseley.
The Newark site will accommodate a significant proportion of the company’s planned growth. It comprises office space for account and supply chain management, help desk, and compliance functions, as well as a training room and a base for service engineers. Around 40 jobs will be created, across all disciplines, with a number of Apprenticeships planned.
